Heating Systems
Three-way mixing valves

Three-way brass (DN25 + DN32) and cast iron (DN40 + DN50) mixing valves have been developed principally for central heating systems.

The valve can be used either as a mixing or distribution valve. The valve installation is not dependent on the orientation.

These mixing valves have high operating reliability and excellent regulating accuracy. They regulate both the supply and return water.

The valves are delivered from the factory right-handed, but they can be easily converted into left-handed valves.

Thanks to their low torque, these mixing valves can be motorized.
We would suggest if you want to motorize the valve you use a Thermomatic K please see below.

The main benefits areas follows

-Controlling the temperature of the water flowing through your central heating circuit by mixing cooler water returning from the central heating circuit.

-This can be manually changed although it is possible to have motorized valves set on times

-Maximising the thermal store efficiently

-Aiding heat stratification of the accumulator tank. This is achieved by controlling the temperature of the water returning to the bottom of the accumulator tank.

Thermomatic CC

Constant regulator for rotating mixing valves
Thermomatic CC is a constant regulator for controlling a rotating mixing valve with a 90 degree opening angle.
CC has an adjustable set point of between 0–99°C
CC can be used for constant maintenance of heating applications.
CC is used to regulate the flow temperatures to radiators or underfloor heating circuits, swimming pools and other heating applications. This version is not suitable for controlling the temperature for domestic hot water.
CC is easy to install and use. Settings are made using the touch buttons on the actuator, which are resistant to mechanical contact, as well as dust and moisture.

This is how Thermomatic CC works
CC has a microprocessor-controlled regulator that keeps the set temperature at a constant level.
CC has 2 yellow lamps that show which direction the actuator is turning, a green lamp that lights for normal operation and a red lamp that lights if there are sensor faults.
